I have to agree with Rudy V Martin. I no longer live in Pittsburgh (and miss it very much), but 8 years ago, when I did live there, a co-worker brought these donuts into work. I have never forgotten how delicious these donuts were. Someone recently asked me about the best donut I’ve ever had, and Kretchmar’s of course came to mind. If you haven’t tried the Bavarian cream, you absolutely need to. The filling is so fluffy and satisfying. I could eat about 100 of them.

I have been coming to the Beaver Valley Nuclear Power Plant outage since 2017. A coworker brought in Kretchmar’s Bavarian Creme Donuts! I feel in love at first bite. By far they are the best donuts I have ever tasted. I highly recommend Kretchmar’s Bakery if you are in the area of Beaver, Pa.
